No Cats Being Chased By Turtles In War Zones

Is anyone else disturbed by the recent Pentagon decision to ban soldiers from accessing Myspace and YouTube? I'm trying to figure out my own feelings on the topic, especially since they admit that bandwidth use wasn't really the issue.

I keep going back and forth on it. On the one hand, soldiers are soldiers, and know what they're getting into. On the other hand, I'm an information hippie. Free love and unrestricted internet access for all. Yeah!

Now if you'll excuse me, I have some British TV to download.

I'm a Navy veteran and I'm not at all concerned. They only banned the use of those particular sites from government equipment. If the soldier, sailor, airman or marine has their own computer, then they can use the sites.

Somehow it's a security issue. Having worked in intelligence and classified material control, I believe them.
