Clare Boothe Luce, 1903-1987. Ambassador. Congressperson. Playwright of The Women. Managing editor of Vanity Fair. Interesting. The library has biographies of this woman. So I shall as well, soon.

Also listened to NPR featurette on book about Jesse Owens at the 1936 Olympics. There are too many interesting people in the world. And not enough time to read about them. Stupid history.
